It's not April Fools' Day! Stonks Skins Now Available in Fortnite
April Fools' jokes have become a tradition for a number of people, especially in the gaming community. Many game companies are competing to make unique jokes, and not even a few are deceived. For example, Fortnite has just released the Stonks skin meme where many people think it's just an April Fools joke. However, in fact the skin is really in the game.
The skin was first announced via the Fortnite Twitter account. The skin is called Diamond Hanz which can now be purchased for 1,200 V-Bucks. Its appearance is also quite similar to the meme version. It's just that, there are some additional details such as a slightly torn suit on the shoulders and pants.
Uniquely, besides the Diamond Hanz skin, there is also a back bling "gains" in the form of a bright orange arrow which has become an important part of the Stonks meme. This skin is part of the “To The moon” pack which is an allusion to the GameStop stock event on the r / WallStreetBets subreddit page that happened some time ago. The popularity of these events provided huge returns to investors and eventually spilled over into meme culture.
Unfortunately, this skin is only available for 12 hours, so if you have time to buy it, buy it while it's still there. Currently, Fortnite has also entered Season 6 by adapting the Primal theme. There is also a Lara Croft skin from the Tomb Raider game with Croft's Manor level which can be accessed via Creative mode.
